Refund Policy

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

• Order can be cancelled before the order is shipped. Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled. 

• Perfumes and attars (perfume oils) are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. 

• Apparel can be returned and refunded only in original unused condition with all labels and tags intact. 

• Customer shall bear the cost of return shipment which shall not exceed ₹ 150. 

• Return shipment cost will be reimbursed along with refund amount upon inspection and approval of the returned item. We thank you for your understanding.
